FAQ's
1. What do I need to do to register?

i. Early Bird December 1-December 31, 2025 ($150) Early bird discount applied at checkout (Beginner TBall-$100)
ii. Regular Registration January 1- January 31, 2026 ($175) (Beginner TBall-$125)
iii. Late Registration February 1- February 7, 2026 ($200) (Beginner TBall-$150)
c. Registration this year will require the parent to upload all the documentation needed by Little League proof of residency. Have this information ready upon registration to save time. Here is a link to help with what is required.

2. When does the season start?
Important dates:
a. Player Evaluations- Saturday February 7, 2025
i. 10:00am-12:00pm for last names A-M
ii. 12:00pm- 2:00pm for last names N-Z
iii. ****ALL PLAYERS REGISTERED AFTER EVALUATIONS OR ARE UNABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN EVALUATIONS WILL BE BLIND DRAFTED****
b. Player Drafts- Thursday February 19, 2026
c. Practices start- Monday February 23
d. Opening ceremonies- Saturday March 28 (at Barksdale Ballfields)
e. Games start- Saturday March 28
3. Where will practices and games be?
a. Merricourt Ballfields. Located across from the public library
4. When will practices be?
a. Practices start February 23. Practices are usually scheduled for weekdays, but practice on Saturdays is a possibility. Schedules are not completed until all teams are final. Keep in mind, we cannot control the weather.
5. When will games be?
a. Games will start March 28 and should end before June 1. Games are usually scheduled for weekdays, but games on Saturdays is a possibility. Schedules are not completed until all teams are final. Keep in mind, we cannot control the weather.
6. How many games will there be?
a. Your child’s team will be scheduled for 12 games.
7. I forgot to register before February 7?
a. Registration is closed.
8. Does the player get a uniform?
a. Yes, each player will receive a team jersey and team sock/belt.
9. Do you need coaches?
a. We will always welcome anyone that is willing to coach to reach out to our coaching coordinator. [email protected] The number of coaches needed will always depends on the number of players that sign up.When will we hear from our coach?
b. Coaches will have their rosters by February 20. If you have not heard from your coach by February 21 please reach out to our softball vice president at [email protected]
10. What division should my child be in?
a. We recommend that you sign your child up for the age group in which their league age falls. To know what league age your child is, what will their age be on December 31 of 2026 and that is their league age. During the registration process, the system will place them in the correct division according to their DOB. This allows the league’s divisions to stay competitive.
i. Competitive Teeball- 6 year old
ii. Peewee- 7 and 8 year old
iii. Minor- 9 and 10 year old
iv. Major- 11 and 12 year old
v. Senior- 13+ year olds
11. Can I request to be on a certain team or with another player?
a. Only Teeball players can request a certain team/coach or to be paired with another player for transportation purposes. While we try to honor all requests, THE ARE NOT GUARANTEED. All other division’s players will be drafted by their evaluations to their team.
